Transfer Fee – $350.00
Set up / Processing Fee – $100.00
Late / Penalty Fee – 12% per year on balance owed
Lien Filing Fee – $50.00 each occurrence
Small Claims Filing Fee – $100.00 each occurrence
Attorney and Court Fees as charged by each entity
Non-compliance for CC&R regulations – $150.00*
