A Little Bit About the Community

Berkshire Estates was developed in the late 1990’s. Although small, it has always been established as a community. In the summer of 2005, the construction boom created an opportunity to annex Berkshire Estates and Yorkshire Acres into a single community, “Berkshire-Yorkshire HOA.” This unification benefited homeowners and developers. The unified board of directors, CC&Rs, and billing processes saves homeowner’s time and money!
